Well, thank you Jade for helping me manage my stress in a way that I never thought was possible. I have suffered which stress for so many years which as you know has caused significant problems not only for me personally from a health perspective but also caused many problems for my family and close relationships as well as at work. I wish I had have sought coaching many years ago. How different life would have been. Thank you!

I was also able to engage Jade for life coaching and career goal setting as well. Jade was able to provide me with not only the confidence I needed to attend an interview, but also with an excellent range of interview techniques and skills, career goal setting and career coaching. I went to Jade for life coaching.  My goals were to drop procrastination and increase motivation. I came out of Jade’s sessions more motivated than I had ever felt in the past. My teenage daughters both received Coaching from Jade to assist them with their year 12 exam anxiety. Jade was able to give them the comfort and confidence they needed to study and attend their exams. I was really struggling to transition from being a mum and moving back into the workforce. I took quite a number of years out of the workforce and felt I had lost a lot of my confidence. I discovered with Jade I was able to put aside the awkwardness I felt to talk freely and open myself up to absorb Jade’s suggestions and treatments that have helped to change my attitude and mindset and set me on a positive pathway towards a brighter future.

I did not expect coaching to work for me but I was desperate to change the direction of my life and had not been able to do it alone.  I wish now I had not waited so long before making an appointment with Jade.
